$130 U-8 to U-14 and $150 U-16 and older (Nov-Jan)

$130 U-8 to U-14 and $150 U-16 and older (Jan-Mar)
Prices include practices for Indoor as well as games
NEW
For Spring Outdoor Travel Team: Sign up by December 30 to reserve your spot on the team. A $20 late fee will be issued after December 30. A $50 deposit before December 30 will assure you a spot on the team with the balance to be paid by March 15.
UNIFORMS
All New players are required to purchase a new uniform ($55) for the upcoming season. The $55 charge for the uniform includes a white Tee shirt to be used when we play teams with similar colors to ours. Players are highly encouraged to come see the new uniform and try it on for a correct size. Contact

Driscoll directly for more information. In the Spring 2010 we will be going to a new uniform, so all players will have to purchase a new one at that time. This is necessary as the present uniform will not be available from our supplier after this fall.
The club is looking for
volunteers - to help with registration, facilities coordination and fundraising.

Cancellations will
be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
All registrations will not be
considered complete until player picture and forms are received.

What’s needed for Registration
- Register online (preferred) or download a registration form to mail in (see below).
- Please provide the following forms. Your registration is not complete until these are received. See below for how to submit.
- A medical form by mail or email. Needed once per year.
- Approx. 1” X 1” picture (headshot)
- For new player to our soccer club – we will need a copy of your birth certificate.
- Forms and payment are needed in advance to ensure your place on a team
